1. Data controller
The controller of personal data collected through cevaloryn.com is Cevaloryn S.A.S., CUIT 30-71892340-4, with legal address at Av. Corrientes 880, 7th floor, Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, Argentina. Cevaloryn is registered in the National Database Registry of the Agency for Access to Public Information (AAIP) under number R-2024-12874.
2. Data we collect
Through the newsletter subscription form we collect only full name and email address. Automatically, we may record IP address, browser type, operating system, pages visited and time of access, for statistical purposes and to improve the site.
3. Purpose of processing
Data is used to: (a) send editorial updates about real estate crowdlending in Argentina; (b) respond to specific queries; (c) analyse site usage in aggregate; (d) comply with legal obligations applicable in the Republic of Argentina.
4. Legal basis
Processing is based on the free, express and informed consent of the data subject, in the terms of article 5 of Law 25.326 on Personal Data Protection, and on the legitimate interest of the controller to operate the site.
5. Retention and recipients
Data is retained while a relationship with Cevaloryn exists or until the data subject requests deletion. We may share information with technology service providers (email delivery, hosting, analytics) acting as data processors and contractually bound to the same protection standards.
6. Rights of the data subject
Every person may exercise the rights of access, rectification, updating and deletion over their personal data, as well as withdraw consent at any time. To do so, write to privacidad@cevaloryn.com or to the address indicated. The AAIP, with offices at Av. Pte. Julio A. Roca 710, CABA, is the competent supervisory authority.
7. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against loss, misuse, unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration or destruction, in line with Provision 47/2018 of the former DNPDP.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect regulatory or operational changes. The version in force will always be the one published on this page, indicating the last update date.
